Diatomaceous earth is used as a filter aid, and the film filtration is finished by unique automatic valve block with special structure, and the flushing is automatically converted. Compared with the traditional sand filter, the equipment has more advanced filtration technology, high filtration precision, stable effluent water quality, highenergy savingability, stable performance, simple installation and maintenance, smaller size, lighter weight and less occupation requirement.
　　The fully automatic reversible plateframe type diatomite filter unit has full-automatic valve group, special intelligent PLC touch electric control cabinet, and a two-ways pressure sensor, which is an integrated automatic device.
　　Intelligent PLC automatic control enable the all operation procedures of the filtration system (including filtration, backwashing, coating, etc.) , which can be completed by pressing one button to achieve unattended operation.
　　The filter cloth is imported product, and the material of both ends is magnesium aluminum alloy (one-time production molding process). The frame of filter is corrosion-resistant, high-strength engineering plastic. It adopts intelligent PLC automatic control, which can complete all operation procedures (including filtration, backwashing, coating, etc.) of the filtration system by pressing one button to realize the unattended operation of the whole process; The machine includes pipelines, fittings, valves and auxiliary materials;
　　The filter unit contains filter, circulation pump, quick-opening hair catcher, and diatomite automatic dosing system. The quick-opening hair catcher is made of 304 stainless steel, and the configuration includes: collector tank, quick-open thick cover, high-strength waterproof seal, screw-on screw, filter basket, exhaust valve, drain valve etc. Diatomite automatic dosing system is an automatic pre-coating system for controlling diatomaceous earth filter by PLC system. The slurry tank material is 304 stainless steel.
　　2、working process
　　The working process include water filing, coating, filtration and backwashing：
　　(1)Filling water: The swimming pool water enters into the hair catcher, and the large solid debris is trapped in the basket through the sieve hole. The water passes through the circulating water pump and automatic valve group to the filter, and then returns to the automatic valve group through the piping and then to the pool.
　　(2)Coating: Put a set amount of diatomaceous earth powder into the slurry tank, dilute with the bypass pipe water of the water pump outlet pipe. The diatomite mixed liquid passes through the circulating water pump and the automatic valve group to the filter, then the diatomaceous earth is coated on the filter media.
　　(3)Filtration: After the coating is completed, the filtration process begins. The solid impurities above 1 micron, suspended solids, Escherichia coli, algae, etc. are trapped on the filter membrane, and the purified water passes through the filter membrane and returns to the swimming pool through the automatic valve group and the inner circulation pipelines.
　　(4)Backwashing: When the pressure difference between the 2 pressure sensors on the left and right ends of the filter is ≥0.08Mpa, the dirt on the surface of the filter accumulated, which affects the filtering effect. At this time, the filter medium needs to be back washed. The secondary coating is completed at the same time as the rinsing. The flushing condition can be observed through the observation window.
