advantage of PHE:
1)small space requirement
  In addition to the small frame volume, the plate heat exchanger can provide a large heat exchange area, and does not increase the space during maintenance. Therefore, its space volume is only about 30% of the tube heat exchanger, and the floor space is only 1/5-1/10 of tube type.
  2)light weight
  Due to the small size of the frame, the weight can be reduced by more than 50%.
  3)High heat transfer coefficient
  Due to the high turbulence of the fluid in the plate heat exchanger, the heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than that of the tube heat exchanger.
  4)Easy to disassemble and repair, easy to increase or decrease heat transfer area
  The solder less structure of the plate heat exchanger makes it easy to disassemble , clean, replace, increase and decrease the plate, and therefore has high flexibility.
  5)Low degree of dirt
  The smooth surface of the slab and the high turbulence of the fluid in the channel will inevitably result in a thinner scale, and the thermal resistance coefficient is only 1/5 of that of the tubular heat exchanger.
  6)Avoid mixing of the two media
  When the fluid leaks from the gasket, it can only flow out of the drain without mixing.
  7)High heat recovery rate
  The high heat transfer efficiency of the countercurrent mode results in a temperature difference of only 1 °C at the end and a heat recovery rate of up to 95%. 
  8)Less liquid retention

  The plate heat exchanger has the characteristics of simple structure, high thermal efficiency and strong adaptability. It can be used for cooling, heating, mining, petroleum, chemical, food, metallurgy, beverage, electric power, papermaking, pharmaceutical, shipbuilding, central heating, air conditioning ,refrigeration condensation, evaporation, and sterilization. 
  The development and production base of TPY Company's plate heat exchangers has 10000 tons and 20000 tons of fast speed hydraulic presses. The CAD-CAM technology is used to develop and produce plate molds with an annual output of about 30 sets. The heat transfer performance test station can measure the thermal performance of various plate types and different combinations to guide the development of plate type, heat transfer calculation and combined design of plate heat exchangers.
